(Strategy) Wall of Soil
Block a section border you can see until the start of your next turn. An entity can remove this Block by performing a melee attack against it.
Extra Effect
Use wind and earth magics to levitate an object you can see that is up to 10x your weight for up to 5 seconds per level. You can raise it up to your height. Entities may perform an opposed Acrobatics to avoid this. Secured objects, such as locked doors or chained matter, cannot be forced with this effect.


Gnarled Staff

Special Play an Action from your hand with Damage dice, Incantation 1, and no Hit dice. The Action gains Hit: 1d8 and the Returning property.
(Strategy) Quick Missile
You may play the Magic Missile Action this turn as though it has no Incantation time.


Ivory Wand

Ivory Wand Implement Focus Level: 4 Power: 2 Wealth: 5
(Action) Arcane Lance
Incantation 1
Special Play an Action from your hand with Damage dice, Incantation 1, and no Hit dice. The Action gains Hit: 2d8 and the Returning property, and increase any Range value by 2.
(Strategy) Quick Lance
You may play the Arcane Lance Action this turn as though it has no Incantation time.
Extra Effect
Flip pages in books and roll or unroll scrolls you can see without having to touch them (unlimited use).


Oaken Wand

Primordial Orb

(Action) Primordial Chant
You must have played Attune Orb during this scenario before you can play this Action. This Action can only be played against a target you can see.

Damage 2d4 (Piercing 4)
Special You may begin an Incantation.
(Strategy) Attune Orb
Choose Fire, Ice, Lightning, or Acid; until the end of the scenario the Primordial Chant Action deals that damage type, and gain +1 Resistance to the chosen damage type until the start of your next turn.
Extra Effect
Generate small amounts of a chosen elemental energy for performing tasks (unlimited use). You can only generate one type of energy at a time. This does not generate enough energy to harm living things other than a few mundane insects.


Ruby Scepter

Extra Effect
Animate a small statue you can see and command it to perform simple tasks for up to 5 minutes per level. The statue is incapable of any serious direct harm. You can spend 1 Valuable to purchase such a small statue and carry it around with you.


Shimmering Ribbon

This Action can only be played against a target you can see.

Special Move the target into your section. You can discard a card to move a second target from the same section into your section.
(Strategy) Ribbon Barriers
Perform a Block. You may Block one additional border. The borders do not have to be adjacent.
(Strategy) Spelldancing
Until the end of your next turn, you may begin an Incantation whenever you perform a normal Move on your turn.


Singed Orb

One target section within range 2 and all sections adjacent to it are lit until the end of your next turn.


Athame

Until the end of the scenario, whenever you spend your Incantation charges at the start of your turn, you may immediately begin a new Incantation. You gain this Incantation's charge at the start of your following turn.


Book of Prophecy

Conjure clean drinking water sufficient for 10 drinks.


Charm of Protection

Play your base Reaction, adding Special: You may begin an Incantation.
(Strategy) Sacred Guard
Until the start of your next turn, increase your base Miss dice level by 3.
Extra Effect
Detect the presence of a magical disguise on an entity of your level or lower.


Crux Ansata

Begin an Incantation. Gain the Luminous keyword while incanting, and targets struck by the completed Incantation's Action gain the Luminous keyword until the end of the scenario.
(Strategy) Enlighten
One target section within range 3 is lit until the end of the scenario, and each section adjacent to it is lit until the end of your next turn.
Extra Effect
You may illuminate your general vicinity with a thought, gaining the Luminous keyword, and may dismiss this effect any time (unlimited use).


Divine Scroll

Eldrich Chime

You must have played Attune Chime during this scenario before you can play this Action. This Action can only be played against a target you can see.

Choose Holy or Unholy; until the end of the scenario the Eldritch Chant Action deals that damage type, and gain +1 Resistance to the chosen damage type until the start of your next turn.

Command a harmless beast you can see for up to 1 minute per level.


Rod of Mercy

Substantially reduce the sensation of pain in an individual you can see for up to 1 hour per level. This has no effect on HP, EP, WP, Stat Tracks, or Diseases. The DM may permit specific exceptions.
