An Adversary is an entity acting in opposition to the PCs in combat scenarios.

Adversaries have five potential roles: Artillery, Blaster, Brawler, Defender, and Support. These roles only affect the baseline statistics and types of behavior present on the Adversary's card; there are no special rules that govern Adversaries based on roles.
