The Discard Phase occurs last in the round sequence of scenarios and consists of a sequence of two steps, which must be performed in this order:

1. Each entity that draws cards discards down to their Hand Limit. Entities already at or below their Hand Limit skip this step.
2. Resolve effects that occur or end at the end of the round. Unless otherwise specified, effects are resolved in the order they were bestowed.
